Meet Managed SSL service provided by Olvy. We keep SSL certificate installation and renewal process under full control, so client doesn’t need to take any technical steps.
By default Olvy install FREE Let’s Encrypt SSL certificates to all servers and all websites. Lifetime of Let’s Encrypt SSL certificate is 90 days only, therefore we use automated software to renew these SSL certificates on the customers servers. But you may need to install commercial SSL certificate for the following reasons:
- You want your visitors to be sure that the website is secured using SSL certificate from well known brand with SSL certificate warranty.
- You want to add dynamic SSL site seal to the website to show visitors that the website is secured using SSL certificate from well known brand with SSL certificate warranty.
- You want to install SSL certificate for a long period (from 1 year) instead of the Let’s Encrypt SSL certificate with 90-days duration that needs to be renewed and re-installed several times per year.
